Where does Suzie & Robert ship to?
We ship to everywhere around the world.

How much does the shipping cost?
We cover the shipping for Singapore and Malaysia; For other regions please refer to the check out page for the nominal shipping fees incurred.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
We cover duties and taxes for shipments to all ASEAN countries. For other regions, if duty and taxes are imposed on watches or accessories, it would be at the cost of the customer.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery duration is dependent on your location. You'll receive a tracking number shortly after placing your order, so you can see exactly when it’s scheduled to arrive. An average estimate of no more than 7 working days within the ASEAN region and about 14 working days for the rest of the World.

 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Suzie & Robert items. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return any full-priced Suzie & Robert items within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns on pre-ordered items sold at a discount; although naturally there are exceptions where we've made a mistake.

EXCHANGES

How do I exchange an item?
We don’t operate a standard exchange service. If you want to order an item in a different size or another colour, just place a new order in our online shop. We can only accept the exchange if the item you are returning is unused and in new condition. We'll send you a return label for the original item (free of charge), and no restocking fee will be applied.
